Delivery and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Rowena Boutique accepts returns for items purchased from the website as follows:

  • Within 14 days for items not worn and in the original condition with all tags intact
  • Within 14 days for items damaged during transit/delivery
  • Within 14 days if the item(s) is faulty

If you want to return an item(s) please email rowenammorris@hotmail.co.uk to inform the boutique that your item is being returned and the reason why.  We also require your original invoice number.

You will be responsible for postage costs to return your item (s).  Shipping cost are none refundable from your original order.  If you receive a refund the cost of the postage will be deducted.

You should consider using a trackable postage service as we cannot guarantee that the order will be received by us.

Returns or exchanges can also be processed in store with satisfactory proof of purchase.

We aim to process all refunds within 7 days from receipt of return.
