Covid19 Procedures for Rowena Boutique

How Does It Work

From Monday 15th June 2020 we are re-opening our boutique and are looking forward to welcoming our customers back following a time in lockdown due to Covid19.? The store has already had a deep clean and we will continue to wipe surfaces, doors etc as required.

In line with government guidelines, we are advising you of the safety precautions we have put in place to safeguard both our customers and the Rowena team.? It may be necessary to amend these according to government advice and our website will be updated accordingly.

We are open daily (except Sunday) between 9.30am ? 5.30pm

We will be operating on a maximum of 2/3 customers in the boutique at any one time.? A member of the team will will be available to advise or assist you as you come into store. ?You can browse freely but ensuring that you keep to the 2-metre distance rule from other customers.? We ask that you be patient on your visit as the changing room will need disinfecting and any clothing tried on will be quarantined after each customer.

You can if you choose take clothing home to try on but this must be returned within 48 hours or if you are local we may be able to collect.? We will take payment of whatever clothing is taken and refund for any returns with a receipt.

We will also be happy to drop clothing items off for you to try if you cannot get into store, please ring Rowena or the store to discuss what you are looking for/sizes etc.

Special Appointments

You can if you wish make an appointment out of hours by emailing, telephoning or texting Rowena to make arrangements.? These appointments cannot be more than 2 people at any one time.

Personal Protective Equipment

Hand sanitiser will be available to use once you enter the store and it is requested that you use this before touching any items.? The Rowena team may be wearing masks and gloves.? You are welcome to wear your own mask and gloves (it is important to note that gloves should be clean and not used elsewhere before entering the store).? To reduce the impact of quarantining we can provide browsing gloves for all customers that do not provide their own.

Frank Lyman non-surgical masks can also be purchased in store at ?13.50 if needed.

How Do We Pay?

For the time being we will not be accepting cash.? Payment will be by debit or credit card only including Amex.


  • Social distancing rules will be enforced throughout the store for everyone?s comfort and safety.
  • If you feel unwell, we ask that you do not come into the store.
  • We ask that at all times you are courteous and respectful of other customers and the Rowena team.
